Who's going to stop the rain!

Man this rain is the worst I've seen ever. The streets are flooded and they even shut the base down. I'm glad I left work when I did, it only got worse I think I drove through a tornado the base sirens were going off but my wife was freaking out so I had to get home. My lowered mini only sits 3" off the ground and the streets were flooded over the curbs. I almost had to get the oars out and paddle my way home. I'm sure glad I have sandbags at all times on standby I needed them for the first time tonight. I also found 2 leaks in my roof :help: :hairpull This rain needs to stop! I need to figure some way to get my yard to drain its about a 6-8" deep in my yard as all the neighbors yards are higher than mine. Also sorry if this post reads odd I'm on lortabs for a MRSA infection in my leg, nothing better then cutting it open and draining it your self cause you couldn't get to the Doc, it hurt but it feels A LOT better now that I got pain killers and antibiotics

We've had over 8" of rain this month in the Dallas area. Supposed to be dry all next week but they said that last week too.

I sure hope so I have to get the M3 "winterized". Scott ya'll didnt get hit to bad with the storms that rolled through shreveport or did you? My pond or what was my backyard:

Keep in mind my yard has dropped about 2-4" in water since the rain has let up.

My river I dug to drain my backyard:
