Back in the early 2000's they had a bunch of commercials about the Tornado fuel saver. I never really thought anybody bought them. Changed the filter on the Expedition today and saw this sticking in there. I know for a fact it don't do a damn thing :lol: It might get 15mpg on a good day :lol:

Also found that the filter had not been changed in 8 years! :wow: Part of it was my fault, never made my grandparents get it checked and when I "inherited" it I've been doing routine maint. on it.

I'm 33. I was obessesed with cars as a kid. I used to go into my high school library and read all of the old Road & Track and Motor Trends, as well as Hot Rod magazines.

Routing your intake to the inside of the car mounted infront of an A/C vent was more effective!

My friend had a form of that back in the day, made the car whistle simulating a turbo whistle. Oh he was such a tool even put turbo badges on the side.
