I would guess Car Brite (at least the distributor). That is what most dealers I know use.

A second guess would be 3M. That articles description sounds kinda like the corporate attitude they have there.

3M for sure.

GM has asked all it's suppliers for the last 3 years to sharpen their pencils and try to cut cost of supplies. 3M's answer has been to raise them.
