Who does engine steam cleaning in Chicago area?

you don't really need to do a "steam cleaning" to clean your engine well....

The more plastic cladding you have the easier it is to make look like new... It's really a cheap upsale because it's stupidly easy, extreamly quick, and takes hardly any product at all. But the afters look so good people usually pull out the wallets quick like to get it done.

spray it down with a degreaser you may have to scrub on the tough spots then just rinse off. i usually let the car run while i am rinseing off. that way if the car starts to shake or anything i can move the water stream til it smooths back out. after a good rinse just take a QD and wipe down all painted areas then a nice dressing for the plastic and rubber

i don't know car shops in Chicago that do steam cleaning. I've thought about that before because I felt that routine engine is necessary. However, they say that pressurized steam can damage electronic equipment and considering that there are auto parts under the car hoods,.. I changed my mind. I just used a degreaser to clean it myself.
