White Rims

My wife's '97 Z28 has factory painted white rims. I can't seem to get all of the brake dust off of them espcially on the back. The front side comes out OK. I also have some black dots, which I assumed are melted brake dust that are hard to get out. Any ideas on how to get them real white again? I want to clean them up and then seal them with Klasse, but I want them as clean as possible before I do that.

For my TA rims, I used 3M adhesive remover to get those out. Half of them seem to be melted rubber, the other half I think are from when the brakes got wet and din't really give off dust, but more of a brown liquid.

Since you are planning on using Klasse on the wheels, why not treat them like the rest of your car and clay, AIO and SG? The clay will get the particles off of the wheel, and the AIO should clean any stains you have. The SG will make them pretty. :D
