My second to last step on most paint corrections I do involves me using Lake Country CCS or any LC white pad and most of the time Optimum Spray Polish. I have noticed a handful of times that on a brand new pad there are little dots of hard dried polish. I usually use the same pad for 2-3 small panels and switch to a new pad again or a clean one and throw the dirty one into a bucket of Snappy Clean to soak. Today I had 2 pads in a row have this issue where it gets little dots of it in a ring and no matter how much soaking or washing I do they stay in there and are rough to the point where I am sure it will scratch the paint surface...
I have never had this issue before until about 3 months ago and every now and then it happens. I am not sure if it's the spray polish because it mostly does it with that but SOMETIMES it does it with any typical polish. Anyone here have any solutions, suggestions, opinions or info?
