Let me preface this post by saying that I am a whiney dude who is not smooth with the ladies. I am so not smooth that I couldn't pick up a chick in a bar full of horney hookers. The last time I made a move on a lady I got smacked so hard that my face was permanently disfigured. Because I am so not smooth, this is the post that I am about to get banned for making. I hope this can be an example for all others who think that Detail City wants to read your rant and will give you sympathy. Trust me... they wont. The mighty Fuzz kicked my booty so hard that I choked. I'll see you all on the next board I can find who hasn't banned me already. I'm going to go try and pick up a lady now. I hope this bullet proof vest works....

I emailed you and told you we do not want your business. No return email.

You ordered again, and once again you asked for discounts and free service.
Then you try to smack us with a bad review. I don't care why you're doing
this, but it will stop right now.

I will work with Yahoo to have your pissy review removed from our records as
well as prevent you from using the Yahoo Store system. Your activity is now
harrassment. If your harrassment continues, I will report your activity to
your internet provider (yes, I have your IP address... 24.5.3.197... and
provider information.)

Don't bother with a reply. I have blocked your IP address on all of our
servers. It won't get through.

all i did was order about 200 dollars worth of stuff,,,,,,,,,,and then try and order more of the stuff i liked....he messed up in the pricing and then said free shipping ,,but then sent invoices including shipping over and over....had buy one product get another at a discount ,,and wouldnt honer it.........he wines and sounds like elmer fudd on your answer machine ,,and when you call back he dosent answer........400 dollars worth of merchandise and no promo items ,,or discounts
 
here he writes about the free service i was trying to get..................................................................................................UUMMM..you should get free shipping on your next order. In comments, put davido said freeshipping on next order b/c of overcharges. Sound fair….

As far as know he always provides great customer service.

Maybe you should try to communcate with him before coming here and tring to bash him.

well if you read the post you would see were he no longer wants to comunicate ,,,,that is the whole point of this.....and if you were being neutral you would say did you try and comunicate, then replying after an answer ,,
 
Coming to a new site and having your first 3 posts slam a well respected individual of another site won't buy you a credible reputation. In fact I can see the flames coming now.
 
Gearhear_1 you got that right. Rapid depletion is fanning the flames. The question is: Who is going to play fireman and put it out?:dunno
 
thats what happens when the truth is told sometimes.

I guess if I was smooth then I would have known not to try and post my version of the 'truth' here. Perhaps I should reevaluate my life and find out why I choose to act so self destructively. I mean, posting on a site like this with words like that is just a cry to be banned yet again. How am I ever going to get my car clean if I get banned from every site that has the answers I need? Am I truely doomed to live life in the land of the banned?

Being a professional fireman, I say we dont want your post here. Detail City is a great forum without you rapid depletion. So why dont you take your opinions and flaming elsewhere. Nobody here wants to read it!!!

Mr. Bynon wouldn't have repsoned to you in that matter if there wasn't good reason.

If I were still a moderator here at DC, you would also be banned here. When the Fuzz stops by, I'm sure that will happen anyway.

There is definetly a better way to handle a complaint than to go to another site and bash someone. You could have just said that you were unhappy with the service in you post and you would have gotten some better replies. Sorry the service was bad but many others have had great service from him, but this isnt going to change anything.

isnt the coustomer always right...........espesialy after buying over 200 dollars worth of towls and chemicals.....and being told he would be getting free shipping and trying to get it and being treated like a monkey for doing so....
