So i`m looking at getting a nano instead of a 21 and am wondering which one to get. I`ve heard there were issues with one of them i believe but don`t remember which and if it has been resolved. those who have one please input which one you have and what you like and don`t like to help me choose.

thanks in advance for all your input

I was going to buy the short neck... But ended up with a long neck for one reason.... Polishing inbetween a wing...

I do feel that the shortneck would be more durable... But it may also have isses polishing some bumper "vents" and spaces betweek spoilers. However this is just my opinion... In terms of capabilities.

The shortneck would be superior to the long neck for interior work if you choose to do this.

Can`t go wrong with either one. I purchased a long neck myself. Can`t say if it`s better than the short neck since I don`t have the short neck version.

The kit includes an additional battery and a corded power supply.

After 6 months of debating I went with the long neck for the extra reach. I really don`t think you can go wrong with either one of them.

Haris300 over on AGO did an awesome review comparing the short neck vs long neck Nano:

Rupes iBrid Nano comprehensive review (short neck and long neck)

In his words:
"I hardly found any places the long neck could reach where the short neck wouldn`t. The longer reach may be helpful in areas like vents on exotics and other similar tight spaces, but for the most part I found the short neck to be as versatile as the long neck. Still, if you want that extended reach you may as well spend the 30 extra dollars for the long neck kit."

Hope that helps!

I`d point you to a 21 before the nano.... we use our LHR21s and LHR15s roughly 1,000,000 times more than the Nano ;)

IMO the nano is sort of one of those things you buy when you`ve already got all the other tools you need.
