Where to buy EX-P+?

You are pretty much guaranteed to automatically get the new version EX-P because the older version has been out of circulation for a while now. You can ask before you buy, and then you will be able to know one way or the other when you get it because the new version is much thinner.

Not really, most stories are trying to get ride of the last remaing of the old formulas. I know Randy @ PakShak is.

One thing I find weird is that the intial reviews said that it was a much thicker product, but when I got its almost as thin as VM.

Ya Beason that is what I figured. That is exactly why I made the post. The places I have looked online indicate they only have EX-P version. I know my friend ordered the EX-P and didn't get the + and this was only a week ago. I still have a bunch of regular EX-P left, but I have heard the + is much better.

I think I prefer a thicker consistency over a thin one though.

The new EX-P (EX-P +) is still called (and labeled) EX-P. There are two places I know where you can find it. One is direct from Poorboy's, and the other is SMP.

When I ordered all the new ClearKote products from SMP I also ordered the new EX-P. At the time Scott said he had both versions and would send either one I wanted.

As TW85 HHI mentioned, the test batches were much thicker than the release version.

What he said. :up

FWIW, I have both and don't find one to be better than the other. I liked it thick and I like it thinner. Durability seems to be about the same as before, maybe just a tiny bit better but nothing to scream about. The bottom line is, they are both great and either will do the job.

Then what is this?

(just curious)

I am curious about that picture as well. Steve has said several times the new EX-P would not be called EX-P+ and would use the same label as the original version.
