Where to buy 3M FI 2 online...and a few questions dealing with its use

I recently purchased some Meguairs SMR 2.0 and the orbital polisher on sale for $170 at proper auto care. The Meguiars didn't seem aggressive enough for my swirls (black car). So I've heard FI 2 is the next step. Since I'm going to apply these by machine should I use the std. white foam pad to apply and than the gray pad or terry bonnet pad to buff off? Also, how much FI 2 should I use? Finally, where can I find FI 2 online?
 
When the 3M SMR didn't work and I had to step up to the 3M FI-2 I used the <span class='bbc_underline'>yellow pad , with a little pressure and a Porter Cable all it took me was two passes to remove every single swirl mark from my wing (my wing was bad to the point where 4 layers of FI-2 by hand would not remove the swirls; I just think I don't know how to apply it by hand).
 
NAPA stores also carry FI-II. Or you can look for a auto paint supply store, they probably have it also. You might want to get it locally, that way you don't have to pay S&H.
