Pakshak for paint duties - only the highest quality touch the paint

25-pack @ Sam's Club for interior, door jamb, and misc. dirty work

I buy from Patrick at Excel detail http://www.exceldetail.com/. Besides having great products at great prices, he's a straight shooter.

I just tried out his "elite towel" this weekend :2thumbs: If you want a plush towel to pick up product or to polish it's incredible, but this towel does not come cheap. I use his other ones mostly and they work great in my detailing business.

I've bought some from Meguiar's and a drying towel from chemical guys, and their products were ok. I would imagine once you decide on a mfg. you like, if you buy in larger quantities of 10 you get a much better deal.

I have some from exceldetail.com, Pakshak.com, winnercircledetailing.com(sp?), Poorboys World towels through Danase.com. I use them all for paint, for crap work targets vroom is what I use (they can be used for paint as well).

I only buy MF with silk binding. I try to stick to $4 per towel.

Detailcity.com and poorboys Mega Towel are top notch and sell 12 packs for under $48.

I use the orange color towels(with yellow binding) for removing and cleaning the paint

and I use the grey color towels(with red binding) for buffing and spray waxes.

I like the poorboys towels a little more but I wouldn't surprised if they are made by the same company.

As far as drying towels I really like the free sample poorboys sent of their waffle weave.

I'm going to order a few more. It has a tight weave, so no thread catching.

i have one Meguiar's gold class buffing towel for final passes and to buff out the FK 425.
