Ok, I need to buy some cotton chenille mitts for my car's first wash tomorrow. I live in north NJ and can't find any of those viking 100% cotton mitts anywhere. Since, I don't have time to order any online, which brand should I go with at the local auto stores? I also have a walmart around here too.

THanks

Actually, you might want to try sheepskin mitts. I find them much softer and they hold alot more soap. If you have a Walmarts, then they have a brand called "EUROW" which I use and are pretty good. Also, Target has "BAJA SOL" sheepskin mitts which are good. Bottom line, sheepskin!!

I know this isn't the answer you were looking for, but because time is not on your side for ordering on-line and getting it delivered by this weekend, I's say go with a sheepskin mitt. They are easy to find at Target or Walmart, relatively cheap, and I honestly think they work better than the chenille mitts.

Just make sure it is real sheepskin. Look on the inside and if it's like leather, it's real. I've been using the Del Sole ones found at target for like $5 or $6 and really like them.

EDIT: Black beat me to it.

I got a really nice Blue Coral one at Target its ultra soft but it took a good 3 washs to get all of the lint out. The only downside is the lint. :)
