when yellow pad and SMR isnt strong enough.........

I did a quick detail to my moms car, it hasnt been washed in about 6 years. The yellowpad and 3M SMR, blitz, 3m scratch remover, blackfire did NOTHING but shine. It shines good but the scratches are very hardcore. Whats the next possible step? Compound? There are white "scuffs" on the paint and after the detailing she got keyed 1 week later.



Any tips would be helpful
