Wheeling a car

When I am wheeling out a car and the pad and chemical combination that I am using isn't doing what I want it to do. Do I use a more agressive product and less agressive pad or vise versa.

My preference is to increase the pad strength first. If I'm using the pad with the most cutting power and it's not working, then I go back to a lighter pad and a more aggressive product.

Wheeling a car meens you are using a High RPM wheel.

Wheeling is the pros way of saying high speed buffing but another slang is cutting a car.

Cutting I knew what that was but wheeling made no sence. I have to say that i like my rotary better than orbital
