I polished my wheels in Nov and used AIO and they are so far gone I am going to have to send them out to be polished.

It was my first winter with them, they were polished and AIO'ed in Nov. By Jan they were toast. I am kicking myself for not using SG or #20 on top of the AIO? I am getting a new set of wheels put on right now, which are clearcoated. My plan is to mount these up for the winter and get my Eagle 101's polished back to condition and use them for late spring until early fall.
I tried using Mothers with no luck. I picked up a couple of buffing attachments for the drill and some metal polishes from Home Depot. I will give them one last try myself before sending them out.

Boss_429 said:Yeah, we are talking about some pretty serious polishing there to get them back into condition. To be honest, I don't know if Wheel Sealant will give you the protection you need on billet aluminum. Once you get them cleaned up nicely, you may want to look into this stuff: (Expensive, but works very nice)
