wheel brush scratch paint?

hey guys. i have a wheel brush similar to this one. I just used it to clean my stock wheels which i didn't really care about but now I got 18" work xt7 in a grey silver finish... I'm wondering if these are safe to use on aftermarket wheels. I'm assuming they are but just want to be sure before i go and ruin my brand new wheels.

Usually the paint on wheels isn't any different from the paint on the rest of the car, which means it is just as susceptible to marring. The only thing is, most wheels it's difficult to see the marring, generally speaking. Those brushes are pretty soft, if you are worried, use a MF.
