Whee! First Detail

I am a personal trainer in DC and I had been telling all of my clients about the good work I had been doing on my cars, and got them interested in caring for their cars. This client has a 4 month old Volvo xc90. She has been paying another detailer $35 every three weeks to wash and vacumn the car, but she thought a new car did not need wax. This other detailer put a gloppy tire product on that spreads across her rims and slings black spots on her paint.

Products were clay with wash, Klasse AIO on green sonus pad, and one coat SG. Armor All on tires , applied with sponge. No interior work, but AIO on all windows.

The AIO also removed some very minor swirls, which I pointed out for her, but I don't have any pics. Now I get to do her husbands 4 YO Volvo in one of the pics next.

Where in D.C. ?

The neighborhod in the background looks familiar. One of my dad's friends from work owns a town house that looks like it may belong in that neighborhood.

How is volvo paint to work with? Hard? Soft?

The Volvo resides in the Spring Valley neighborhood, tucked back a few blocks from Mass Ave. It seemed to be fine to work with (the paint), as I pointed out, there were some very minor swirls to be seen in the bright sunlight, and a green sonus pad and AIO seemed to remove or lessen them. But they were very minor.
