What's the word on Meguiar's NXT Generation Spray Wax ?

Anyone have a review of this yet? Sorry if it's been covered in another thread. I'm also wondering if it's compatable with other waxes like s100.
 
There's been a bit of discussion on the NXT Spray Wax over at Showcargarage.com not long ago. I may have seen some here as well.



Regarding compatibility with other products, I haven't used it but based on how its marketed I'd venture to say its not. Its meant as a booster to the NXT. You apply NXT Tech Wax, then you come back sometime later and apply some of the Spray Wax to rejuvenate the Tech Wax. If you had topped the NXT Tech Wax with S100 (for example) and then applied the Spray Wax over the S100, I don't know what you'd really accomplish. :nixweiss The S100 would act like a barrier between the Tech Wax and Spray Wax, don't you think?
 
I've used it a few times in the last week or so as the good old English weather has been a bit hit and miss.....

It's nice, leaves a nice slick, and shiny finish BUT, like Scott says, you could almost do a once over with the wax in the time it takes to apply and remove as it behaves in the same way.... It's not quite a QD and not quite a wax.

I like it and will carry on using it if I'm on a time constraint but it certainly won't replace my Quik Shine as a QD and if I have the time I'd rather put a proper coat of wax on anyway.
