it's been real windy the last few days which isn't good, i'm do for a wash and can't until it dies down... :(



what's it like in your neck of the woods?
 
we just got enough snow for them to spread salt

and make a big mess of everything and you have a problem with a little wind
 
Snow showers every day till next Thursday. Highs of 7F and 9F next Thursday and Friday, respectively. No temperatures above 28F for the next 10 days (all according to weather.com).:sadpace:



Western New York is a straight up depressing place to live in the winter.
 
It was 78 yesterday, today we were at low 50 and next week we're in the 60's. I wish we had a real winter here. I love the cold.

i've always wanted to visit the east coast (been in southern california my whole life) and i guess winter will be the time when not to. i can imagine our cold here is like your summer LOL...



p.s. one of my all time favorite bands (snapcase) are from buffalo, new york... :)
 
Flurries for the next 4 days and single digits (8 degrees) by Thursday. Gee Al, I'm real sorry about it being windy out there ;)



Actually visiting someplace that has serious snow and cold in the winter is somewhat fun because everyone is prepared for it. It opens up a whole new range of activities and since you're only visiting you might actually enjoy the snow and cold. It's when you put up with it all winter that it can become pretty old pretty fast.
 
Keep in mind that last time it got windy here we ended up with a firestorm.

yeah paul, hopefully there won't be a repeat of that again. so sad, many people barely left with just the clothes on their backs... :(
 
It's 4:30 am here in Mobile, Alabama. Currently 53.3° and cloudy. Today the high might go to 57° and stay cloudy. Yesterday was 68°.
