I went to the reviews section looking for one on FP II. I found a review of FP. Whats the difference? Was it reformulated?

Yep, the FP II is more user friendly........... and works great! One of my favorite final polishes. :xyxthumbs

I was on CMA 's site a little while ago looking at polishes and it said that they asked Menzerna to add a little oil to the formula ( FP II ) to make it more user friendly. Will that effect my zaino application? Is IP too strong for the first time user with a PC? Does FP II remove swirls or scratches or would you need IP ?

Intensive Polish is a very good polish however my opinion is its not as Intense as its name. I would not expect FP 2 to handle your swirls. It might, might not. The FP2 will only help with your Zaino application, so the effect will be good. It leaves nothing but a nice squeeky clean surface primed and ready for Zaino. I used IP with my first PC use and had no problems.

No Final Polish was not reformulated. Final Polish II is Menzerna Micro Polish an entirely different product. Final Polish can still be purchased at Menzerna USA. CMA has Micro Polish relabeled as Final polish II.

Yes, I agree. When strictly using Menzerna, for stuff still in the category of "light" ( subjective, I know :o) but more serious than micromarring or random swirls marks, I've used IP with a yellow LC pad, more than one pass may be necessary if done by PC or Cyclo, then followed with FP II or FP with a white LC pad.

I've noticed the FP II label covering the original Micro Polish label on my bottle.

FPII will NOT affect your Zaino use.

It has NO oils in it contrary to any belief. In fact, all Meznerna polishes contain NO oils or cleaning solvents.

I've seen the car and he has very little maring or swirls. All It needs is to be polished to perfection and then topped with what ever he see's fit.

You go dog let's see what the puppy can do...
