What's the best PC upgrade?

Hi All,

I feel like my PC is taking me longer to do some minor paint correction.
Or maybe I am just getting old and impatient!

Anyway, I just would like some inputs as to which is a recommendable upgrade/route from the PC. I will be using it mainly on my 05 Accord and 07 Odyssey.

Question : is switching to a rotary overkill? Should I just get the 7424XP instead?

I am just trying to find a shorter way of getting results.

Now, should I get a rotary, Makita 9227c or Flex 3403?

Thanks for listening.

If you feel you need more speed then a rotory or flex will do for you. But the PC will work your Honda's with no problems. Go with 2 orange and 4 white and maybe 2 black pads with M105 follow with M205 and your ride will look great. If don't need a compound the M205 will work great with you PC on your Honda paint. Just don't skip steps for more speed because the results won't be the same.

How are you? Saw the posting about you going under the knife.

Thanks for you input.
So, my PC should be ok with the Hydrotech pads, will it have enough power for these pads?
I just ordered some last week, the 6.5"

Forgot to add,
I don't have the 105/205 combo...yet.
I have the P203s/PO85rd.
Would it be better to use the orange-white-black pads?

Ok, try a white pad with your P203 first on a panel then wipe off with a IPA wipe down and check your work. If it remove any swirls or junk then continued on, but if it didn't go with the orange pad with P203 and another wipe down. If one of the two work then you can finish off with your black pad and PO85rd. But just try on one panel only and see how it turn out. Report your findings back here.

I'm doing OK for now, still in pain and under some good drugs:D

Glad to know. :D

I want to try the Hydrotech pads, when they arrive.
I believe Todd suggested I try the P203/Tangerine, followed by PO85rd/Tangerine.
And maybe compare it with the P203/white setup.

Give it a shot and see.

Ok, will try that.

Say, my birthday is coming up, and I may "wish" for something,

should I get the XP, or move up to either the Makita or 3403?

Also, I've seen some deals on other sites, will PAC match 'em?
