Trying to get the new tire look back to my 2002 svt focus. What products are good for puting the black back into my tire? I've tried just scrubbing with soap but they are still light brown from dirt. Also, Can I use my NXT tech wax on my rims to brighten them up as well? or should I use something else?

Once the tires are thoroughly cleaned you'll be able to apply any number of dressings of your choice and have them look great again. For the wheels clean them up nicely hopefully soap and water by itself will be sufficient, and yep you could apply NXT to them but I'm unsure of its durability especially in that harsh, hot environment.
