What type of towel for buffing poliseal and aquawax?

Was wondering what type of microfiber i should use for buffing off poliseal and aquawax... Do i need a super plush or something a little less fluffy? microfiber\eShine Canada: The Cookie Monster Buffing Towel V2.0

I know sometimes a qd/spraywax will soak into superplush towels but was wondering what would be best for buffing those 2 products because i have finally figured out what products i will be using....

ONR,Poli Seal,Opti Seal, Then aquawax after and between washes and Optimum QD for my every few days QD job :)
