What To Wax A Jet Ski With?

Ok I just bought a 1995 Polaris Jet Sski thats in really good condition and not faded (garage kept) I would like to help keep the finish looking good. The top part of the hull is made of fiberglass and has a few plastic pieces. I need to know what would be the best cheap (under $20) wax to protect this thing with?

I was thinking Liquid Glass? Many people say they have good experiences with Liquid Glass and fiberglass. Anyone have any other suggestions for a durable protectant?

got this from another website.. guy uses it on his truck..

Andy G- Thanks for the compliment! Ive never been a fan of Zaino. Dont get me wrong, its good stuff, but they have a bottle of wax for each step it seems. You may think this is crazy about what I use but its the best stuff for glossy shine and protection from the elements. I use a fiberglass boat wax! Its Collinite's No. 925. If its good enough for the harsh ocean environment, its got to be great for auto's. Water runs off the paint like water on a ducks back! And it lasts!!!! Doesnt loose its protection after a few car washes. The only place Ive been able to find it is Bass Pro Shops! I also use the Wax Shop's "Super Glaze". Its also great stuff, easy on-easy off. Hope this helps ya out.

cant vouch for it but if you want to try something this may be it

You can buy various 3M boat wax products in the marine section of Wal Mart. Around here they carry 3M liquid boat wax for about $7 a tube, but I really don't know anything more about it. I think Wal Mart also sells some 3M boat finish cleaning products.

Zaino Z3 is used by many boaters to preserve the finishes, since it contains extra additives to prevent oxidation and such for non-clear surfaces. I would think Liquid Glass or even NuFinish would be other good options, although I don't think they'd last as long as Z or shine better...
