What to put on bumper covers

What can I put on the plastic bumper covers to protect them, you know the ones that are black especially on the rear?

I just treat 'em like paint- AIO, usually topped with P UPP, BFII, even SG. Sometimes even a (*NON*-staining) wax.

Same answer. As long as it's plastic, and not RUBBER, I just treat it like paint.

If it's (porous) rubber, you should probably use something like 303- some kind of external vinyl and rubber (ERV) dressing.

If your car is "modern," (i.e., made in the past 20 years), then I may not be understanding your concern. But on my old jalopies, I've been happy with Griot's Vinyl/Rubber Dressing, Z16 (named "Tire Dressing," but actually good on all rubber and vinyl), and (most recently) Mother's Preserve. For plastics, I've been happy with AIO/SG.
