What to do..

..I got my panel repainted, but then some parts of it look "faded" compared to the others. Should I bring it back, ask for another layer or two of clearcoat, or can detailing solve this? I've already polished it.. Thanks guys!!
 
I'm in agreement with BlackRegal. Just curious, how long after it was painted did you apply polish(is it a water-based paint?)
 
Once you have "polished" it the shop may lay the blame on you. But Iwould take it back and give it a try .. The fading may be under the clear they applied.
 
Thanks guysÜ I figured I should bring it back to the shop, since it has orange peel everywhere. After thinking about it for a looong time I guess the fading was caused by wetsanding and putting some compound on it- it removed the clear. Fading or lacking some depth can mean that you lost your clear right?Ü by the way.. the dealer didn't tell me that they already repainted that same panel before they delivered it to me.. sheesh
