What takes off paint?

My wife must have run over paint somewhere. Its redish brown and must be oil based.

Its on the passengers side on bottom panel all the way to the back panel. I tried clay, FPII,

ZPC and Prime all by hand. The clay removed a little but I really had to scrub. What will take it off? :help:

I removed some highway paint with Langka's Blob Eliminator stuff, or whatever it's called. You could always try lacquer thinner but I'd sure be careful with that (it'll strip lacquer of course, but also most repaints).
