What speed on PC to apply VM

I applied some #80 yesterday with a Propel Green Light Cut Pad. I now want to apply some VM with the Propel Blue Light Polishing Pad. What speed on the PC do you apply VM? Once I have finished with the VM, I will be applying some 4*UPP by hand.
