What speed and pad to use to apply Mothers S&G

Need an answer quick on what speed to use to apply this with a pc????

Don't worry about it too much...it's a glaze, not a polish, so there are really no abrasives to work in. Just put the polisher at whatever speed you would use to apply a sealant or wax.
