I built that set up myself but a bit of a modification. I used a single bulb, instead of two. The original post is out of date, so here are some updated links to the parts they used.

The bulbs I personally used. PAR38 Daylight 5000k bulbs from Home Depot.

All of these are what I used, minus the dual bulb base.
I now have two flood lights for detailing and to light up my garage. Cost like 70 dollars, after taxes.
Be aware though, these tripods are a bit flimsy, but they are good enough for me, I don`t do detailing professionally, and I don`t toss them around like construction grade equipment.
