Right now i have UMD, scratchX and 3m for dark colors.

I want to get a line of products that will take care of the paint correction process.

Swirl Removers, Compounds & Car Polishes

Ive been looking there and like the look of the xmt, or the pinnacle.

If there are better products, please suggest them, i am looking for products that will cover start to finish for the correction process.

Not sure if you're polishing by hand or by machine (PC or rotary). If by hand, I believe that the 1Z polishes may work well. Do a search for "1Z*" (without the quotes) and see what you find (the * is a wildcard character that you need when searching for anything less than 3 characters).

If using a PC or rotary, many folks here love Menzerna. Their polishes can be pricey though. I have the Optimum polish and compound, also very good. Do a search on both of those ... you'll come up with a lot of info.

One of the groups.

The Menz kit works pretty well but you'll need to give it about 3-4 passes with IP to get out all the stubborn scratches. FPII is awesome to work with though. That kit is probably one of the best deals out there.

For heavier stuff you might try 4 Star Body Shop Medium Cut Compound. I keep hearing about that and will pick up some but no first hand experience.

i have some meguiars fine cut cleaner that i might use for some of the more stubborn stuff, and then follow with the menzerna kit.

i think im just gonna go with the menzerna kit since its a pretty good deal, i dont feel like droppin 50 bucks for the 106ff yet, and the 106ff only comes in 32oz, which is alot considering imnot sure if i like this product yet.

edit: alright, just pulled the trigger on the kit and a bottle of the p21s gel wheel cleaner, with the 10% off coupon, came to 50 shipped via ground.
