I clayed, polished and applied a sealant a few weeks back. I'm thinking of applying another layer of TOL sealant this weekend. Can I just wash dry and apply another coat of sealant or do I need to clay and polish again before the sealant.

You can just wash and dry and then apply another coat. If you polish and clay again you are just taking off your previous layer of sealant.
