What is the best way to clean and polish a Lucite windshield for motorcycle.

I bought a windshield from a friend and it looks like it was never cleaned. What is the way and product to use to make this look like new again?

This would be a good starting place. Headlight & Plastic Care

I have used the Meg`s PlastX with some success but there are more options with dedicated polishes and protectant stat I think would be better.
