well this is a 85 toyota supra that my dad owns and he wants me to detail it for him. i usually detail cars that are in new condition so i really dont know what to use on it. its been garaged for most of its life but it doesnt look like it has been taken care of too much. there are deep scratches everywhere and deep swirls, oxidation and paint defects over the entire car. i am guessing i need a rotary with maybe the sonus line of polishes? what do you guys think? being that its been garaged for a while, im guessing it has enough clear coat on it so that i can do this. here are some pics. the pics just show the paint dullness and does not show all the defects. i just want to get it back to a less defect and deep, wet looking paint. i couldnt get a good pic of all the defects but trust me the paint is in terrible condition but there is no cc failure. let me know what plan of action i should take.
