Was thinking of getting a PC, started looking on the net and came across this offer....What's your opinion of it??

Seems like a good deal, the only thing it is missing is the 6" counterweight. Try calling it is probably included and they didn't list or they will throw it in, but you will definetly need it with those 7" pads.
 
I would think the 4" items would be useless for my needs. Although they may market it as"great for small areas", i get by just fine with 6.5" pads. And to me, using 7.5" pads would be to big for smaller areas, i find the 6.5" perfect for about 90% of my needs. The other 10% i do by hand anyway.

You also may want to inquire if your getting the reformulated pads from LC, the older ones have some issues. I still prefer coastaltool.com, and the kit they offer with the 6" counterweight. For another $30.00, you could find a 4 pad kit somewhere.
