what do you guys think of this polishing mahine?

i got a good deal on this wen polisher. it states that it oscilates at 8400 opm.
isnt 8400 opm faster then pc?

anyway, do you guys think this is junk? or effective at correcting some of the minor defects like pc do?

give me your inputs!

Some 10 to 15 years ago, I was given a Wen, Model 10, Type 1, Random Orbital Polisher. It drew 3.0 amps, rated at 3000 OPM so it was considerably more heavy duty than the one in your picture, but.....
It didn't seem to be woth the effort to apply or remove wax with it.
It wasn't capable, (in my hands), of doing any paint correction.
After all those years, it was still like new and on the shelf in the garage.
I finally gave it to a friend. I think it now sets on a shelf in his garage.

Just save the money you would spend on bonnets for it and buy the PC when you can afford it. This from a guy that put off buying the PC for a long time.
