What do you guy use to remove DACP or SSR

This guy is new he probably won't know what TOTL is, in fact I am not new and I don't know what TOTL is either - and actually he said TOL ... don't know what that is either. Now, having worked it out it means topoftheline, and I guess their website is topoftheline.com .... still ....
