What do you dress engines with?

After a good cleaning, I usually dress the engine with Meguiars Hyperdressing or M40.

I would just clean them and if the customers want some dressing then it might be 303 or Hyperdressing.

I rarely dress my engine but when I do I use M40.

Once I have cleaned the engine, I spray the Hyperdressing onto the important bits and then start the car and let it idle for a bit. The heat generated by the engine seems to help the Hyperdressing 'cure'. If necessary, I wipe any excess product off.

I just bought some Trim Shine (O'Reilly had it on sale). I'll give it a try on my next detail (hopefully this weekend) and we'll see.
