What do you do with your stuff in the winter?

With temps getting really cold I start to worry about all my products in the garage. Now that I think about it, thats pretty bad that I'm "worrying" about my products being outside like I would worry about my dog. Oh well!!! What do you guys do with your stuff, leave it or bring them in?

I always bring them in the house in the "winter." I don't trust that any of them will be safe below 45 degrees even though they probably will. I know they shouldn't freeze but I don't take any chances. The wife was just protesting last night.;)

I agree with SpoiledMan, I bring all my products into the house as soon as the temps start dropping below 50.

I put them in open bins on the passenger seat next to me, fold down the top, crank up the Beach Boys and cruise the Coast Highway.

Just kidding. Sorry about that. :o

PC.

Bring all perishable goodies in for the Winter. Its always better to be safe, the stuff costs too much money to be wasting !!

I'll take some of that because I left most of my stuff out in the car last night.. Humm SG doesn't freeze but IP anf fpII does..

David: I thought you were kidding. Autopians will chew this up :)

I think you should make a new forum for - For Sale items. The classifieds I feel is too much of a hassle.

As far as me, if I know it will freeze that night, I bring them in. However, during winter they are inside 24-7. I leave my towels, wires, and other equipment in my trunk.

I bring my supplies in from the garage, just to be safe., putting them in two large Rubbermaid containers. Everything but the MFs and pads go in, and I try to keep the stuff organized into what I'll be using most during the winter.

David: I'd like to see the inventory and see if there's anything I could try -- thanks!

ya I had been using my stuff in a laundery basket and just move it to a rubbermaid type maybe i should get two but i left some stuf i didn't think i would need out this time I know i will not need the ssr 3 for my new car...

Am I the only guy here who keeps his detailing garage heated? I keep most of my supplies in a storage closet off the garage office and the thermostat for that area is set around 48F. But heat rises up from the main shop so it's usually a bit warmer than that. The stuff I use regularly is down in the main shop where I always keep it close to comfortable.
