What do I need for a good interior cleaning?

I have the basics. A shop vac, leather cleaner, cheap carpet cleaner, glass cleaner, vinyl cleaner. Any recommendations to add to the collection? I was considering an extractor, but I only come across $1000 commercial grade, huge ones. Is there anything out there a little more mobile? I saw someone using a handheld one once. I'd like to have everything to turn a car around (I plan on doing a few cars a week)

search " bissell little green machine " they run no more than a $100 and work great for the weekend warrior...

Invest in a heated extractor. If you don't, get a submersion heater for only about $30. The hot water really helps to break down stains and grease. Durrmaid has a good one, but I heard their cust svc is not that great. Mytee's are good value. They're a big investment up front, but if you're handy, you can buy the vacuum motor or pump and replace it yourself. if you're going to keep it for a long time, get one with a durable housing. I love my century 400 ninja but it's big and better suited for homes or cars at my garage. The mytee is smaller so better for mobile. I hope this helps you. If nothing else, go to walmart and get a bissell little green machine. People laugh at that thing. but I speak from experience of commercial carpet cleaning . . . user warmer water and don't saturate the carpet backing. having a maching with good waterlift is a great start

I very rarely do interiors, so I squeak by with an el-cheapo steam cleaner and a residential Hoover upright carpet extractor. You can get this setup for about 300 bucks, total. I certainly wouldn't recommend it for a pro, but it works just fine for me. Keep in mind I do a total of maybe ten interiors a year.
