What color cuffs do the new viking mitts have?

I found the "100% cotton chenile wash mitt" at a local store, but the cuff is white. On the viking site, the cuff for the wash mitt is black. I just don't want to get the one that was found to NOT be 100% cotton (the recalled ones) like it said on the label, are those the ones with the white cuff? And do the new ones that are supposedly 100% cotton have a black cuff?
 
Spend a few dollars moe and get the wool ones. They last mugh longer and work SOOOO much better. That is all I all use in my business.
 
The replacement mitts that Viking sent me had a dark blue cuff. Viking was very quick to send out the replacements. I wish more vendors took care of problems like Viking.

FUEL, thanks for the insight, I was thinking of just going with those because i'm frustrated with the whole issue of finding the new 100% cotton mitts.



I sent my mitt out to viking, but haven't gotten anything back yet. :nixweiss
 
We have been shipping the 100% Cotton "dark blue" cuff now for awhile but I guess some stores are not pulling the old ones off. If you cannot find a 100% cotton blue cuffed mitt we will direct ship to you.

I have been really impressed on how you have handled the situation, I wish there were more companies managed like yours. :up

Is there an e-mail address I can reach you at? I tried sending you a PM, but your box was full. I also send you an e-mail through the link given in your profile, but I didn't get a reply. This is concerning the wash mitt recall. I sent mine in but got nothing back.



In the meantime, I will try another local store to see if they have the new mitts w/ the blue cuff in yet.

Yeah I wish I would have held on to the three that I had that were bad ones. That scared the crud out of me. I was washing a new BMWm3 and hello!! Scratches. Ugh thank goodness I could get them out.
