What backing plate comes with PC7424??

I have been looking and can't find out. I am gonna order 6.5" Pads so I was wondering if I needed to order a 5" backing plate???

Depends on where you get it from. If you go to Lowe's or similar local store, it doesn't come with a "hook and loop" (Velcro®) backing plate. If you order it online, some vendors sell it as a kit that comes with a "H&L" plate, and sometimes they even have some pads included.
