So I've been thinking...I make almost 3x as more detailing now than I did 2 years ago without really working that much more. For me I contribute this to up-selling of fabric protection, second layer of sealants, and lastly...the grand daddy of them all...opti-coat. Utilizing all of these has really boosted my average detail revenue.

I've always stressed that any detail business owner needs to take classes on selling and be fluent in selling stradegies. Besides having the product/process to offer a client, you need to be able to ask key questions and drill in on positive and negative behaviors.
