What are these 2 little wires that came with my GG 6" DA polisher?

So I've been meaning to ask this for a while but never got around to it...

When I received my GG 6" DA polisher, it came with all the normal hardware listed on the box, along with a little zipped baggie with what look like 2 small bonding wires with small rectangular-shaped graphite-colored/textured blocks attached to them. I can take a picture if needed but hopefully somebody will know what these are, I can't think of what the heck they would be needed for.

Im going to guess those are the brushes for the motor. After a while they wear down, and you have to replace them.

This was my guess also. Mine came with them a couple days ago.

I got the same too and u tought they were for the switch in case that broke but not sure

That's exactly what they are. Put them somewhere were you can find them.
