Wet sanding scratches

Last week a bought the 3M headlight polishing kit. Despite taping off my lights, I managed to accidentally wet-sand a few small areas on my bumper just below the headlights. I tried to polish the scratches out with the included 3M rubbing compound which helped but they are still visible (even after several passes) when looking up close. Is there any other product I can try (preferably Meg's stuff as it's easily found in Canadian OTC stores). The scratches are just surface (I can't feel them) and would like to clean them up if possible.

AccuraYYZ- I've used stuff like M105 to remove fingernail scratches from behind Audi door handles, your wetsanding marks shouldn't be nearly as bad as those. Note that it might take a while though, and I don't mean just a dozen passes or merely half an hour.
