Plan now is a Comp Cams XE cam, 1.6 rockers, etc....keeping stock heads and hoping for high 10s on the 150 shot. If that lasts 1 season I'll be happy.
After that, forged 355, better heads, custom ground cam, and a lot of nitrous
I want it to run low 10s. Maybe 9s if I feel like getting all the safety equipment but it's a lot of stuff!
It's a built 4L60E automatic with a 3200 stall. 12-bolt Moser rear with 3.73s, Eaton posi, 33-spline axles, blah blah blah.
Motor is internally BONE STOCK. Never had a valve cover off...just external bolt-ons (headers, cold air intake, tune).
I always drive it to and from the track, as well as on the street to school/work/etc. I rented a trailer for last night though, since that track is 3.5 hours away and it's not worth the risk of breaking anything that far from home.
