Went to Costco Today ... No Apc

I asked somebody that worked there for Green Kirkland APC, he told he they stopped making it.

Anyone use this stuff before? How is it?

I have it: I bought it at BJ's. It depends on what you use it for. As an engine degreaser it works OK, but it is weak compared to Gunk, and Gumout products. For me, a good test is how well a product cleans oil spots on concrete. For this, the best product I've used is brake cleaning fluid.
