Website Photo Gallery

So I am running through some architectual updates for my website this year, and I want to start running my own gallery rather than the way I have it now. Currently I am running a link form my site to my Photobucket Pro account. I originally liked it because it was easy for me, loaded nice and fast, and didn't bog my site down. Plus, I felt like I had no restictions as far as amount of photos to upload.

I want to get away from Photobucket and do something different and more unified with my own site. I have plenty of bandwidth, plenty of storage space, and want to present the photos within the Tailored environment.

I've been looking into a couple of different gallery options like Coffee Cup Photo Gallery, Image Island, and simple Dynamic Drive JS styles, but I wanted to know what you guys are using in your sites first.

Drop me a line or two about what it is, how it works for you, and how customizable it is. Thanks! :xyxthumbs

This might sound funny since I'm actually a trained web development professional, but I use Facebook for my photo gallery. I setup a Facebook page for my detailing business, and I post all the pictures there. It's easy, fast, and there's no complication or time spent in code writing. I like being able to organize easily by albums, and shifting things around takes so much less time than re-coding HTML or Java.

So basically, I have a link on my web site for my "Gallery", which when clicked, goes righ to my company's FB page.

(Actually, now that I see who started the thread, you can check it out, lol) :xyxthumbs

Haha! I've seen it a couple times. That's similar to the setup I currently have. I'm looking for something more embedded in my own site. The more pictures hosted in my site, the more hits, the more notoriety in the rankings are some of my thoughts...:xyxthumbs

SimpleViewer

It works great, fast loading, simple to edit, add photos, and it is also a Photoshop plug-in.

Create an Input folder (where the images are)

Create an output folder (SimpleViewer Now)

Done!
