your "how to make owning a car more enjoyable" link doesnt work - you cant click it
I dont like the show car shine picture with the F150 - the picture isnt clear at all
wording doesnt line up
I dont like how there is no room from the bottom line to the bottom navigation links....separate them with like 2-3 blank lines

on a side note, what is it that you do....5 year guarantee??? Is this something you are doing similar to the MING service? 5 years is a long time!!! It doesnt really explain what you offer as for paint protection or processes used....

hey you can cut out that intro message on your home page by using this:

just follow the instructions and it will check the clients computer to see if they have flash (or a specific version) and if they do not, you create a message to direct them to the site... if they have it then it can display your home page = ]
I use this on my site because I require flash 7 or higher and some computers are roaming around with lower version that cannot view the text.

Personally, I don't like the font being used. I read in some web design book somewhere that for printed material fonts with serifs look better...for browsers, fonts without serifs, like the one being used in this forum are better. Whenever I see websites with the font being used on your site, it reminds me of a high school project that uses the default font because the kid making it didn't know how to change it.
Definitely get rid of the first screen that forces you to click again to get to the main page.
I'm also not crazy about the "word art" used to create the "Show Car Shine" banner. Doesn't look very professional to me.
Adding some more "white space" in between the paragraphs will help with the readability. Right now, it looks like a jumble of words that I didn't feel like reading. Also work on the alignment of the paragraphs as someone else suggested.
