I'm just curious if anyones ever tried this, or heard of anyone trying it. I don't think I'm going to, but I'd like to get someones input on what it would do. Protect and shine? or just cause a white haze?
I dunno know about dashboard...? But I used Collinite 476s to wax & protect my car's exterior rubber / vinyl trims. It makes them shinny & very durable protection under the sun & rain. I haven't tried it on dashboard yet tho.
Quite a good idea maybe I'll try a bit on the vinyl door trims 1st & see if it's fine. TQ.
It depends on the type of wax, but as SilverSeven mentioned, Collinite 476S would probably work on the dashboard and provide a nice finish. However, I would use a dedicated protectant that is specifically designed to repel UV rays and protect the vinyl/rubber.
